Holiday Period Delays 2024-25

Dear Customers,

As we approach the Christmas and New Year’s season, this is gentle reminder of our operating hours during the Christmas holidays.

We will be moving warehouses during the end of the year holidays, so the warehouse will be operating on limited hours from the 23rd of Dec 2024 – 3rd January 2024.

Please expect a 2–4-day delay in receiving your goods if you order during that period.

Please also take note that the warehouse will be closed from the 6th January 2025 – 12th January 2025, so no orders will be fulfilled at that time. 

Any orders placed after 9am on 3rd January 2025 will not be fulfilled till the 13th of January 2025.

 

Please order extra to ensure that you are not caught with delays with shipping, and to ensure that you have sufficient stock till the 13th January 2025.

Our last day for next-day-delivery cut- off will be Wednesday 18th December 2024.
